Tissington Craft Fair - 12th & 13th August 2023

  • Tissington Village Hall The Green Ashbourne, England, DE6 1RA United Kingdom (map)

We’re back with another carefully curated craft fair. Join us on 12th & 13th August and meet some of the region's most talented makers.

Browse a wide range of carefully handmade products including Alcohol Ink Artwork, Polymer Clay Jewellery, Needle Felting and Sewing just to name a few!

Held in the picture postcard village of Tissington, just a few minutes drive from the popular market town of Ashbourne in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District. Wind down and enjoy a relaxing day out and why not visit Herberts Fine English Tearoom, Tissington Nursery, On a Wick and a Prayer and the Tissington Trail.

Tissington Vintage Rally will also be taking place on Sunday 13th August so there will be lots to do in the village during the day.

Our makers on Saturday 12th August include: Sazzi Creations, Blue and Gold Botanics, Vanna’s Studio Pottery, CG WoodCrafts, Fabric & Felt, Millie Moth, Wild Hunt Jewellery, Curious Inky Me, Thunderbug Designs, Manna Body Food and Bear Chairs

Our makers on Sunday 13th August include: Sazzi Creations, Curious Inky Me, Millie Moth, Thunderbug Designs, Blue and Gold Botanics, Christine Pearson Jewellery, CG WoodCrafts, Bluebell Felties, Susie San Crafts, Manna Body Food and Bear Chairs

Our venue, Tissington Village Hall, is located opposite the village duck pond. The building benefits from a wi-fi connection, which means many of our stallholders can accept card payments.

  • Enjoy free entry for visitors to the craft fair and dogs are very much welcome too!

  • Although there are steps up to the main entrance, alternative access is available on request suitable for both wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility.

  • Disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are also available.

  • Free Parking is available for 2 hours opposite Tissington Hall. There is also a council owned pay and display carpark at the entrance to the Tissington Trail. Both are within a few minutes walk of the village hall.

  • Bus services: High Peak 441 or 442 services that run between Ashbourne and Buxton and have 3 allocated stops in the village.

Read the ‘Meet Our Makers’ blog series to learn more about some of the stallholders at our upcoming markets.
